Orders + Shipping

We accept the following payment options: Credit Cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shopify Pay.

This will vary depending on your location and the shipping method you have selected. At checkout you can choose your preferred method of shipping and it will give you an estimate of when you can expect your delivery. Our warehouse will ship your order within 2 business days of you placing the order. However, this does not include weekends and federal holidays.

We currently ship everywhere in the contiguous U.S., as well as Canada. We are pursuing bringing Assuage worldwide. Please email us at hello@assuage.com to let us know what country you would like us to make available next.

Unfortunately, our shipping partners cannot ship to PO Boxes at this time.

Our team processes orders quickly, so unfortunately orders cannot be changed after they are placed.

You will receive an email when your order is received, accepted, and shipped. With the shipping confirmation will come your order tracking number so that you can track where your delivery is with our shipping partner. You can also login to your account to check the status of your order.

Returns + Exchanges

Returns may be be processed within 7 days of the product being delivered to you. It must be in its original packaging. We only exchange items that are defective or damaged. To see the complete details please visit our Return Policy page.

To begin the process please email hello@assuagetravel.com. The subject line should be your 'ORDER NUMBER' followed by which action you are pursuing "Return", "Refund" or "Exchange". In the body of the email please describe your reason. To see the complete details please visit our Return Policy page.

You will receive an email when we have received your return/exchange request email and if you should proceed to ship it back. You will receive an email when we receive your returned order. This email will also confirm it is approved and that you will receive your refund for the return or your tracking number for the shipment of your exchange. You can also login to your account to check the status.

Returned Ultra Cozy Reusable Seat Covers will be donated to local charities or recycled. The item will be washed if it has been opened and then donated to a local charitable organization, predominantly for end use by military members or the homeless community. Occasionally they are upcycled for use as display product in retail locations or pop-up experiences.

Assuage Products

Stretch the elastic-banded top over the back of the headrest. Then drape protector over the seat ensuring entire seat is covered. Enjoy a clean and calm journey.

Assuage seat protectors have been tested on countless seat styles (airplanes, buses, trains, movie theatres, salon chairs, waiting rooms) and they have adequately covered and easily been easily used on the vast majority. We believe you will find it fits most all public seats you encounter.

Ensuring the that the seat protectors didn’t cause any stress during your journey was a top priority in our design process. While there are currently countless airplane seat styles, we believe our elastic-capped design enables you to place it in a way that doesn’t cover the screen on the back of your seat in most all circumstances. In the case that your seat is significantly narrower than the seat protector you can easily flap the excess so it is not encroaching on your neighbors.

Absolutely! You can either roll it up tight and secure it with the elastic strap attached to it or fold it flat (and even store it in its reusable flatpack). It takes up less space than your travel pillow. Additionally, it can easily be clipped to your backpack or purse from the elastic strap.

You better believe it! Very thin and super lightweight it can easily be slipped into your carry-on or backpack.

Machine wash in cold water. Do not tumble dry. Hang dry to maintain the soft fluff of the fleece and the longevity of the elastic.

Do not bleach. Do not iron. Do not dry clean.

In addition to the above, you can also use an antibacterial spray that is safe for use on polyester for added peace of mind.

Our shipping partner is UPS and we ship across the US and Canada. We will ship your full order to one location free of charge using UPS ground shipping. If you have a tight timeline or are located outside of the US and Canada our Corporate Gifting team would like to work with you to make this possible, please let us know these details when you submit the Corporate Gifting Form.

We do not provide physical samples but will share mock-ups for positioning of your logo and to confirm any specific details.

Because these are made to order they cannot be exchanged or returned, but our warranty still applies.
